Online Public Affairs Customer Survey: Request All Marines and Civilian Marines Complete
The Division of Public Affairs requests all Marines and civilian Marines complete an online customer survey by January 15, 2004, to support the USMC Public Affairs strategic planning process. The survey is accessible at http://www.usmc.mil/plansurvey, and all responses will be treated as confidential and reviewed only by an independent contractor.

1. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE, THE DIVISION OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS REQUESTS MARINES AND CIVILIANS THROUGHOUT THE MARINE CORPS COMPLETE THE ONLINE PUBLIC AFFAIRS CUSTOMER SURVEY BY 15 JAN 04. THE CUSTOMER SURVEY CAN BE ACCESSED AT HTTP://WWW.USMC.MIL/PLANSURVEY . 2. ALL INFORMATION THAT IS PROVIDED WILL BE TREATED AS CONFIDENTIAL AND WILL ONLY BE VIEWED BY THE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR. THE RESEARCH DATA WILL THEN BE COMPILED AND FORWARDED TO THE DIVISION OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS FOR USE IN THE USMC PUBLIC AFFAIRS STRATEGIC PLANNING PROCESS. 3.
