Cancellation of MARADMIN 186/03
This MARADMIN cancels MARADMIN 186/03, which established policy for implementing the Lautenberg Amendment. The reporting requirements previously outlined in MARADMIN 186/03 have been updated and superseded by MCBUL 5810, which now provides current guidance on criminal justice information reporting requirements and procedures.

1. Reference (a) is hereby cancelled. The reporting requirements in reference (a) have been updated in reference (b). Effective immediately, commanders will use the reporting procedures outlined in reference (b) when reporting criminal justice information collected during investigations.<br> 2.
