3. Marines selected will attend the EOA course at the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) at Patrick Air Force Base, Florida via Temporary Additional Duty (TAD) orders as assigned.  The course dates are as follows:<br>

4.  All TAD and follow on PCSO/PCAO for the above listed Marines will be transmitted via separate correspondence.  Marines are required to have obligated service prior to attending DEOMI (36 months from date of graduation).  Those Marines that do not have the obligated service are required to submit via the Total Force Retention System (TFRS) 45 days prior to the class start date.  All slated class dates and future command assignments are subject to change based on the needs of the Marine Corps and the requirements of the EOA program.  Requests to retire, prior to the completion of the 36 months from date of graduation, will not receive favorable endorsement.<br>
5.  PCSO/PCAO for the alternates will be transmitted via separate correspondence as required.<br>
