Change 1 to the Policy Clarification Regarding Joining Prior Service (PS) Marines to Selected Marine Corps Reserve (SMCR) Units

This MARADMIN announces a change to the policy for prior service Marines joining Selected Marine Corps Reserve (SMCR) units. The MCRC PSR Form 10 now replaces the NAVMC 11669 form, which will no longer be accepted for processing prior service Marines into SMCR units.

1.  This MARADMIN announces the addition of paragraph 2c of reference (a) to read as follows:  The MCRC PSR Form 10 replaces the NAVMC 11669 found in reference (b).  NAVMC 11669 will no longer be accepted.
2.  This change is effective immediately.
