Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) Manpower Management Enlisted Assignments (MMEA) Road Show

MARADMIN 024/24 announces the Fiscal Year 2025 Manpower Management Enlisted Assignments (MMEA) Road Show, where MMEA monitors will visit major Marine Corps installations from January through April 2024 to conduct enlisted assignment engagements, provide retention assistance, and offer career consultation. Marines can schedule appointments with their monitors through the new MyCareer web application at https://mycareer.swf.army.mil/registration.

1.  Manpower Management Enlisted Assignments (MMEA) Monitors will visit major installations across the Fleet Marine Force and Supporting Establishment (FMF/SE) to conduct targeted enlisted assignment engagements, provide totalforce retention assistance, and offer consultation on key talent management initiatives to Enlisted Marines.  MMEA is committed to supporting the career advancement of Marines by issuing orders that optimize their preferences, their MOS requirements, and the service's needs.<br>

3.  Detailed schedules and coordinating instructions will be published through Total Force Retention System (TFRS) and communicated to commands through unit career planners and MyCareer.<br>
4.  MyCareer is a newly implemented web-based application that will serve as a primary hub for all MMEA visit information.  Marines will be able to locate their monitor, register for an interview, and receive notifications as they progress through the queue on the day of the event.<br>
5.  Go to https:(slash)(slash)mycareer.swf.army.mil/registration to schedule an appointment with your monitor.<br>
6.  Refer all questions to unit career planners and POCs listed above.<br>
