HQMC Semper Fit Seeks Applications for 2023 All-Marine Sports Coaches
HQMC Semper Fit is seeking applications from active duty/activated reserve Marines and USMC civilian employees to serve as coaches for 2023 All-Marine Sports teams in various sports including soccer, rugby, golf, softball, and basketball. Applications are due between February 16 and March 31, 2023, depending on the sport, and Marine coaches must be E-6 or above.

1. Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) Manpower and Reserve Affairs, Semper Fit (MFS) is seeking applications from active duty/activated reserve Marines and USMC civilian employees interested in coaching positions for 2023 All-Marine Sports teams. With the exception of Inactive Ready Reservist (IRR), reserve force is eligible to participate on All-Marine Sports teams but must be placed on orders Active Duty for Operational Support or similar by their command to participate and receive Temporary Additional Duty (TAD) funds for travel from HQMC.<br> 2. MFS is seeking coaches for the following sports:<br> Men's Soccer<br> Women's Soccer<br> Women's Rugby<br> Men's Rugby<br> Men's & Women's Golf<br> Men's Softball<br> Women's Softball<br> Men's Basketball<br> Women's Basketball<br> 3. Coaches' responsibilities include: reviewing applications and selecting Marines for try-out camp; organizing and attending try-out camp; attending and coaching the team in Armed Forces Championship competition; and providing an after-action report to MFS.
