Update to the FY04 Reserve Command Screening Boards

This MARADMIN updates information from the previously announced FY04 Reserve Command Screening Boards. It corrects the designations and locations for two Security Battalion commanding officer billets (5th and 6th Security Battalions, both in New Orleans, LA) and accelerates the timeline for filling the 4th CAG commanding officer position in Anacostia, MD to immediate upon selection acceptance rather than April 2004.
