The Deputy Commandant for Aviation takes great pleasure in congratulating the below unit on their selection for the 2023 United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) - Joint Operational Support Airlift Center (JOSAC) Annual unit awards. The annual unit of the year awards recognize Operational Support Airlift (OSA) units for providing outstanding support to the Department of Defense's (DOD) OSA program. Operational units are recognized for demonstrating excellence in aircraft availability, reliability, and cooperative practices in all OSA mission activities. In addition to the competitive categories within the services, a single unit is also recognized which stands out from all others regardless of service affiliation.
