Change 1 to Fiscal Year 23-2 Active Reserve Program Officer Accession and Career Designation Boards
This MARADMIN amends the eligibility criteria for the Fiscal Year 23-2 Active Reserve Program Officer Accession and Career Designation Boards. The change updates service requirements to ensure compliance with fiscal year grade limits, modifying eligibility for Active and Reserve Component first lieutenants through captains who complete service obligations by September 30, 2023, and have less than 15 years of cumulative active duty service.

1. Purpose. To update eligibility criteria found in ref (a) to remain in compliance with fiscal year grade limits, as established in ref (b).
2. Action
a. This MARADMIN amends eligibility criteria in paragraph 2.d.(2) of ref (a) to read, "Active Component (AC) and (RC) first lieutenants through captains who will have completed required service obligations (commission, minimum time on station, payback tours, etc.) by 30 September 2023 and who have less than 15 years of cumulative active duty service are eligible to apply."
b. This MARADMIN removes paragraph 2.d.(4) in its entirety.
c. All other criteria as set forth in ref (a) remain applicable.
