Fiscal Year 2025-01 Test Pilot School Selection Panel Results
This MARADMIN announces the results of the Fiscal Year 2025-01 Test Pilot School Selection Panel, which selected two Marine officers for U.S. Naval Test Pilot School Class 167 and one alternate. Primary selectees must accept their selection by February 16, 2024, and should expect to report to Naval Air Station Patuxent River no later than October 1, 2024.

1. The Fiscal Year 2025-01 (FY25-01) Test Pilot School (TPS) Selection Panel convened on 11 January 2024 to select officers to attend U.S. Naval Test Pilot School (NTPS) Class 167. Due to a change in flight test requirements, the panel did not select an F/A-18 candidate as originally planned. 2. The FY25-01 panel selected the following officers for assignment to NTPS (read in four columns): NAME MOS TYPE CLASS Mills, Aaron P. 7566 CH-53 NTPS Class 167 Pechon, Sean C. 7318 UAS NTPS Class 167 3. The FY25-01 panel selected the following officer as an alternate (read in three columns): NAME MOS TYPE Garcia Quiroga, Fabio 7318 UAS 4. The primary selectees are to accept via email to their monitor listed in paragraph (7) NLT 16 February 2024. No action is required on the part of the alternate. 5. The officers selected for NTPS Class 167 should expect to report NLT 1 October 2024 to Naval Air Station Patuxent River. 6. Officers who submitted packages but were not selected are encouraged to re-apply. Marine Air Detachment Patuxent River does not retain packages, and interested officers will need to submit entire applications in accordance with future messages. 7.
