Change 1 to Fiscal Year 2017 (FY17) Active Reserve (AR) Enlisted Accession Bonus (EAB)
This MARADMIN announces changes to the FY17 Active Reserve Enlisted Accession Bonus program, modifying bonus amounts and eligible Military Occupational Specialties. The bonus now offers either $10,000 or $20,000 lump sum payments for specified PMOSs, with MOS 3451 added to the $20,000 tier and four additional MOSs (0231, 6154, 6317, 6324) eligible for $10,000.

1. This MARADMIN announces the following changes to reference (a):
a. This incentive is now authorized in two specified amounts. The EAB offers either a 10,000 or 20,000 dollar lump sum for specified Primary Military Occupational Specialties (PMOS).
b. The following PMOS is eligible for the 20,000 dollar EAB in addition to the previously authorized specialty listed in paragraph 3j of reference (a): 3451.
c. The following PMOSs are eligible for a 10,000 dollar EAB: 0231, 6154, 6317, and 6324.
2. This incentive is available for service in the AR Program only.
3. This bulletin cancels on 30 September 2017.
