Change 1 to Fiscal Year 2018 (FY18) Enlisted to Warrant Officer (Reserve) Selection Board
This MARADMIN amends the FY18 Enlisted to Warrant Officer Reserve Selection Board by removing one SMCR billet (BMOS 6877 at Fort Worth NAS) and clarifying endorsement requirements. Active Reserve applications require COMMARFORRES endorsement, while SMCR applications need endorsement from the first General Officer in the chain of command.

The below statement in paragraph 8 of the reference is hereby removed: "All applications must include an endorsement by the Commander, Marine Forces Reserve (COMMARFORRES). Applications must be received by COMMARFORRES for review and endorsement".<br> 3. All applicants are required to obtain a Commanding Officer or Inspector-Instructor endorsement at each level of command. All Active Reserve applications should be endorsed to COMMARFORRES.
