Solicitation of Nominations for the Fiscal Year 2023 Intelligence Data Engineer Training Pipeline
This MARADMIN solicits nominations for the Fiscal Year 2023 Intelligence Data Engineer (NMOS 2652) training pipeline, which consists of a Cybersecurity Certificate Course at Northern Virginia Community College followed by an Intelligence Data Engineer Capstone. Only Marines holding PMOS 2651 (Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems Engineer) are eligible, and nominations must be submitted by March 7, 2023, with the cohort starting August 21, 2023.

1. Purpose. This MARADMIN is published in order to solicit nominations for the Intelligence Data Engineer (NMOS 2652) training pipeline. The 2652 training pipeline consists of two segments: a Cybersecurity Certificate Course (CCC) at Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA CC) followed by an NMOS-awarding Intelligence Data Engineer Capstone.<br> 2. Cohort start date: 21 AUG 2023<br> 2.d. Cohort end date: 30 APRIL 2024<br> 2.e. Location: NOVA CC, Woodbridge, VA<br> 2.f. Command: Students are assigned to MCC K13, Weapons Training Battalion (WTB), Training Command, Training and Education Command (TECOM)<br> 2.g. Course funding: TECOM<br> 2.h. Prerequisite: Nominees must hold PMOS 2651, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Systems Engineer.<br> 3. Marines selected to attend the 2652 course are required to obligate service for 36 months beyond the course completion date prior to executing orders.<br> 4. Marines will receive Duty Under Instructions (DUINS) orders to MCC K13, WTB, Training Command, TECOM.<br> 5. Upon completion of the 2652 course and per ref (a), Marines will receive Permanent Change of Station/Assignment orders based on needs of the Marine Corps to fill available 2652 Billet Identification Codes.<br> 6. Per ref (b), only Marines holding PMOS 2651 are eligible to receive NMOS 2652. To receive NMOS 2652, Marines holding PMOS 2651 must successfully complete both segments of the 2652 training pipeline.<br> 7. Submission requirements.
