This MARADMIN announces Captain John S. Vrolyk, assigned to 3d Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division, as the winner of the Calendar Year 2021 Colonel Justice Marion "Jumping Joe" Chambers Award for Outstanding Leadership. The award recognizes exceptional leadership within the Marine Forces Reserve component.

1. In accordance with the reference, after thorough deliberation by a board of colonels throughout Marine Forces Reserve and concurrence of the Commander, Marine Forces Reserve, Captain John S. Vrolyk was selected as the recipient of the Calendar Year (CY) 2021 Chambers Award for Outstanding Leadership. Captain Vrolyk is assigned to 3d Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division.<br> 2. All CY 2021 nominees' exemplary records demonstrated noteworthy leadership and ability, and their dedication and perseverance reflect great credit upon the Reserve Component and the United States Marine Corps.<br> 3.
