Fiscal Year 2024-01 Test Pilot School Selection Panel Results
This MARADMIN announces the results of the Fiscal Year 2024-01 Test Pilot School Selection Panel, which selected three Marine officers as primary selectees for U.S. Naval Test Pilot School Class 165 and U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School Class 24-A, and two officers as alternates. Primary selectees must accept their selection by March 17, 2023, and should expect to report to their respective schools between October and November 2023.

1. The Fiscal Year 2024-01 (FY24-01) Test Pilot School (TPS) Selection Panel convened on 23 February 2023 aboard Naval Air Station Patuxent River in accordance with the references to select officers to attend U.S. Naval Test Pilot School (NTPS) Class 165 and U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School (AFTPS) 24-A.<br> 2. The fixed wing officer selected for NTPS Class 165 should expect to report NLT 1 October 2023 to Naval Air Station Patuxent River. The fixed wing officer selected for AFTPS Class 24-A should expect to report NLT 1 October 2023 to Edwards Air Force Base.<br> 6. Officers who submitted packages but were not selected are encouraged to reapply per future messages. Marine Air Detachment Patunxent River does not retain packages, and interested officers will need to submit entire applications per the next announcement message.<br> 7.
