Enlisted Selections for Academic Year 2021-22 Full-Time Study in National Intelligence University Undergraduate and Graduate Programs

This MARADMIN announces the conditional selection of 12 enlisted Marines for full-time study at the National Intelligence University (NIU) for Academic Year 2021-22, including both undergraduate and graduate programs. Selectees must contact the point of contact by 28 February 2021 to accept their selection and will incur a three-year service obligation upon graduation.

1.  The following Marines have been conditionally selected for the NIU undergraduate and graduate programs for academic year 2021-22 convening at the NIU, Intelligence Community Campus Bethesda (ICC-B), 4600 Sangamore Rd, Bethesda, MD:

2.  All selectees are directed to contact the POC identified above NLT 28 Feb 2021 to accept selection and to receive further guidance.  As part of NIU's admissions process, Marines selected for the graduate program must have a recent (within five years) Graduate Record Exam (GRE) score on file (NIU code 5205).
3.  Selectees who accept assignment to NIU will incur three years of obligated service upon graduation.  A page 11 entry will be made prior to the execution of orders to document acceptance of the obligated service commitment.
4.  Selectees must coordinate with their servicing Special Security Office (SSO) to effect transfer in status of Sensitive Compartmented Information access (SI/TK/G/HCS) to HQMC SSO.  Send relevant security file information to:  Commandant of the Marine Corps, Intelligence Department, Special Security Office, 3000 Marine Corps Pentagon, Washington, DC 20350-3000.  Contact HQMC SSO for security check-in and to ensure clearance certification is passed to DIA SSO.
