Modification of MARADMIN 128/18 Changes to Aviation Incentive Pay Program
This MARADMIN modifies MARADMIN 128/18 to announce a change in the payment date for Aviation Incentive Pay rate increases. Active Component and Active Reserve Marines will receive the rate increase beginning with the April 1st payday instead of the originally announced date, due to required software updates at the Defense Finance and Accounting Service.

1. This MARADMIN announces the following modification to paragraph 3 of reference (a): Active Component and Active Reserve Marines will receive the rate increase beginning the April 1st payday. 2. All other aspects of the message remain in place, to include the effective rate changes as of March 1, 2018. 3. This modification is due to the requirement of additional software updates for the Defense Finance and Accounting Service. 4.
