FY16 Assistant Marine Officer Instructor (AMOI) and Officer Candidates School (OCS) Selection Results
This MARADMIN announces the FY16 selection results for the Assistant Marine Officer Instructor (AMOI) and Officer Candidates School (OCS) programs. The board convened on February 2, 2016, and selected 31 Marines for assignment to various universities, the Naval Academy, Navy training commands, and OCS. Seven additional Marines were selected as alternates and may receive assignments based on Marine Corps needs.

1. The purpose of this MARADMIN is to announce the results of the FY16 AMOI/OCS program, and provide amplifying information for those primary and alternate candidates.<br> 2. The FY16 AMOI/OCS board was held on 2 February 2016. Several AMOI billets remain under review and the final staffing requirements for colleges and universities have not been determined. Upon final determination, selected alternate Marines may be assigned and issued orders based off needs of the Marine Corps and their personal request. Marines need to prepare themselves and their families to execute orders on a compressed timeline.<br> 4. Marines not assigned to MCCs 069, J34, K55, and J38 will augment the summer 2016 cycle at Officer Candidates School Quantico, Virginia. Those Marines need to be prepared to execute TAD orders and report NLT 5 May 2016. Upon completion of the augmentation Marines will execute PCSO to their college/university.<br> 5.
