FY23 Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory Experiment Division Fellowship Selection Board Results
This MARADMIN announces the selection results for the FY23 Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory Experiment Division Fellowship Program. Seven Marines from various ranks and MOSs were selected from a competitive pool of 34 applicants to support MCWL experiments from April 10 to September 15, 2023.

1. Purpose. The purpose of this MARADMIN is to announce the selection board results for the FY23 Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory Experiment Division Fellowship Program (MCWL EXDIV Fellowship). This fellowship brings the skills, experience, and perspective of exceptional Marines from across the Marine Corps to plan, execute, and analyze live-force experiments in support of MCWL and the future Marine Corps. In turn, fellows will develop personally and professionally while gaining insights into future concepts and technologies. Fellows will also learn skills in conducting live-force experiments, exercise planning, and adjudication that can be leveraged during future training events. FY 23 Fellows will support MCWL experiments at various locations for approximately six months, from 10 April to 15 September 2023. 2. Selection for the FY23 MCWL EXDIV Fellowship was extremely competitive, with 34 Marines applying during the two-week application window. Considerations included the applicants' operational experience, academic background, MOS diversity, and time on station with respect to MCWL's upcoming experiment needs. 2a.
