Marine Corps Cancellation of DISA EAC Bridge Conferencing
This MARADMIN announces the cancellation of DISA Enterprise Audio Conferencing (EAC) bridge services for the Marine Corps, effective immediately. All commands and units are directed to transition to the Marine Corps Microsoft Teams Audio Conferencing capability that went live on November 8, 2021, as DISA will deactivate Marine Corps EAC bridge numbers starting April 8, 2022.

1. In alignment with the Network Governance Board (NGB) decision, the Marine Corps has procured, tested and implemented phone lines which are integrated with Marine Corps impact level 5, NIPR Microsoft (MS) Teams Audio Conferencing. This service enables approved and provisioned users to establish teams meetings with a corresponding voice telephone number which allows meeting attendees to dial in to that respective teams meeting. This capability is gone live as of 8 NOV 2021. 2. DISA Enterprise Audio Conferencing (EAC). Effective immediately, the free DISA EAC is no longer free. The Marine Corps has will no longer pay for audio conferencing services outside Marine Corps provided enterprise conferencing solution. Commands or units needing conference bridge capability, will use the Microsoft Teams capability implemented on Nov 8TH, and described in MARADMIN 655/21. DISA will deactivate Marine Corps EAC bridge numbers starting on April 8th, 2022. Commands/Units unable to host meetings using MS Teams Audio Conferencing should contact Marine Corps Installations Command Local G6 for regional conference bridge support. 3.
