Special Duty Assignments and Screenable Billets Incentives for FY20
This MARADMIN announces the continuation of incentives for special duty assignments and screenable billets for FY20. Marines in designated special duty assignments will continue to receive Special Duty Assignment Pay (SDAP) at previously established levels, and non-monetary incentives for screenable billets remain in effect.

1. Purpose. This MARADMIN announces information on the status of incentives for screenable billets. 2. Reference (a) announced the implementation of a new classification system for screenable billets that includes special duty assignments and other special programs. 3. The assignments currently designated for Special Duty Assignment Pay (SDAP) will continue to receive SDAP in FY20 at the levels established in reference (b). 4. The non-monetary incentives delineated in reference (c) for Marines assigned to screenable billets also remain in effect for FY20 classes. 5. Release authorized by Brigadier General William H.
