This MARADMIN announces Change 1 to MCBUL 7220, which modifies the FY17 Selected Marine Corps Reserve (SMCR) Unit Reserve Officer Retention Bonus (RORB) program for Forward Air Controllers (FAC) and Air Officers. The change adds eight additional SMCR units across seven states that are now eligible for the $20,000 retention bonus, expanding opportunities for reserve officers in MOS 0302 and 0802.
