Change 1 to Fiscal Year 2016 (FY16) Selected Marine Corps Reserve (SMCR) Staff Sergeant Bonus (SSB) and Enlisted Affiliation Bonus (EAB)
This MARADMIN announces changes to the FY16 Selected Marine Corps Reserve (SMCR) Staff Sergeant Bonus (SSB) and Enlisted Affiliation Bonus (EAB) programs. It expands the list of eligible Primary Military Occupational Specialties (PMOSs) for both bonus programs and clarifies that Staff Sergeant selects are not eligible for the EAB.

1. This MARADMIN announces the following changes to reference (a):
a. The following PMOSs are eligible for the SSB in addition to the previously authorized specialties listed in paragraph 2a of the reference: 0689, and 6124.
b. The following PMOSs are eligible for the EAB in addition to the previously authorized specialties listed in paragraph 2b of the reference: 0689, 6114, 6154, and 6324.
c. Lance Corporals with the following PMOS are eligible for the EAB in addition to the previously authorized specialties listed in paragraph 2c of the reference: 6324.
d. Staff Sergeant selects are not eligible for the EAB.
