Announcement of the Manpower Personnel Administration Operational Planning Team Members
This MARADMIN announces the selection of 12 members and 6 direct support personnel for the Manpower and Reserve Affairs Manpower Personnel and Administration (MPA) Operational Planning Team (OPT). The selected Marines, representing diverse ranks from Staff Sergeant to Lieutenant Colonel, including Warrant Officers and a civilian, will work to develop a vision and strategy for the MPA community's future challenges and opportunities.

The Secretariat's office will serve as your primary point of contact throughout the duration of the OPT, which will span several months. 6. Together, we will utilize data from previous MPA engagements, conduct thorough analysis, and leverage empirical research to develop a vision and strategy that addresses our community's challenges and opportunities.
