Restriction on Interservice Transfers of 7315 and 75XX Officers

Due to critical manpower shortages in aviation and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), the Marine Corps has imposed an immediate moratorium on conditional release for interservice transfers (IST) for company grade officers in 12 specific aviation-related MOSs (7315 and various 75XX designators). This restriction will be reviewed annually based on MOS Status Report assessments to determine if inventory levels improve enough to reinstate IST eligibility.
