This MARADMIN announces Change 1 to MCBUL 1500 FY 2016, which governs the Selected Marine Corps Reserve (SMCR) Lateral Move and Career Progression MOS programs. The change removes eligibility for Staff Sergeants (Select), Staff Sergeants, and Gunnery Sergeants to laterally move into the 0532 primary MOS.
