Change 1 to Marine Corps Order 1800.11A Policy and Procedures for Reserve Component (RC) Members Service Beyond 16 Years of Active Duty (AD) Service
This MARADMIN issues Change 1 to Marine Corps Order 1800.11A, clarifying that photographs are no longer required when submitting High Active Duty Time (HADT) waiver request packages for Reserve Component members serving beyond 16 years of active duty. Updated waiver request templates are available on the Manpower and Reserve Affairs portal, and this change applies to the Total Force.

1. Purpose. To promulgate clarification of High Active Duty Time (HADT) waiver request package requirements specified in reference (a). 2. Clarification. IAW reference (b) a photograph is no longer required when submitting a HADT waiver or HADT waiver with voluntary waiver of sanctuary request. 3. Updated waiver request templates are available on the Manpower and Reserve Affairs portal at https:(slash)(slash)www.manpower.usmc.mil/webcenter/portal/MMIB2. All other provisions of reference (a) remain in effect. Waiver request package requirements specified in reference (a) will be updated upon next revision. 4.
