Command Climate Survey Compliance Guidance

This MARADMIN establishes the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) Organizational Climate Survey (DEOCS) as the official Marine Corps command climate assessment tool and updates the frequency requirements. Commanders must now conduct the DEOCS within 120 days of assuming command and annually thereafter, eliminating the previous requirement to conduct a survey 90 days prior to relinquishing command.

Issued: April 21, 2020
