Fiscal Year 2024-02 Test Pilot School Selection Panel Results
This MARADMIN announces the results of the Fiscal Year 2024-02 Test Pilot School Selection Panel, which selected one Marine officer as primary and one as alternate for U.S. Naval Test Pilot School Class 165. The primary selectee, Major Nicholas D. Mantz, must accept the assignment by May 26, 2023, and report to Naval Air Station Patuxent River no later than November 1, 2023.

The Fiscal Year 2024-02 (FY24-02) Test Pilot School (TPS) Selection Panel convened on 2 May 2023 aboard Naval Air Station Patuxent River in accordance with the references to select one officer to attend U.S. Naval Test Pilot School (NTPS) Class 165.<br> 2. The FY24-02 panel selected the following officer as a primary for assignment to NTPS (read in four columns):<br> NAME MOS TYPE CLASS<br> Mantz, Nicholas D. 7563 H-1 NTPS CLASS 165<br> 3. The primary selectee is to accept via email to their monitor listed in paragraph (7) NLT 26 May 2023.<br> 5. The officer selected for NTPS Class 165 should expect to report NLT 1 November 2023 to Naval Air Station Patuxent River.<br> 6. Officers who submitted packages but were not selected are encouraged to reapply per future messages. Marine Air Detachment Patunxent River does not retain packages, and interested officers will need to submit entire applications per the next announcement message.<br> 7.
