Distribution of the Marine Corps Administrative Publications and Forms Electronic Library 1st Qtr CY 03
This MARADMIN notifies unit publication clerks that the 1st Quarter CY 2003 Marine Corps Publications and Forms Electronic Library (MCPEL/MCEFS) CD-ROMs were distributed with incorrect data from 3rd Quarter CY 2002. Units are directed not to use the defective CD-ROMs and to dispose of them locally while awaiting a corrected version.
