Revision of MCO 1610.7 Performance Evaluation System (Short Title: PES)
This MARADMIN announces the revision of MCO 1610.7, the Performance Evaluation System (PES) order, now designated as MCO 1610.7a, effective 8 May 2018. The revision contains numerous updates reflecting current laws, regulations, and recent changes to Marine Corps orders and policies. This applies to the entire Marine Corps Total Force.

1. This MARADMIN announces the revision of ref a, the performance evaluation system order, effective 8 May 2018. The current version is MCO 1610.7a.<br> 2. The revision contains numerous changes reflecting current laws and regulations, as well as recent changes to multiple Marine Corps orders and policies. Major changes to the performance evaluation system are listed in paragraph 4.d. of MCO 1610.7a.<br> 3.
