Interim Change to MCO 1300R.65D Reserve Command Screening Program (RCSP)
This MARADMIN provides an interim change to MCO 1300R.65D, the Reserve Command Screening Program (RCSP), updating the board composition requirements for Reserve Command Screening Boards. The change removes previous board composition specifications and establishes that board composition will now be determined and published annually in Marine Corps Bulletin 5420, Membership Requirement for Selection Boards.

1. The purpose of this MARADMIN is to provide an immediate update to reference (a) regarding board composition for the Reserve Command Screening Boards in accordance with reference (b).<br> 2. The following changes apply to paragraph 4.a.(2)(b), Board and Slating Process, of reference (a).<br> 2.A. Remove paragraph 4.a.(2)(b) 1.<br> 2.B. Remove paragraph 4.a.(2)(b) 2.<br> 2.C. The following is added to paragraph 4.a.(2)(b) 1. Board composition will be determined and published in the annual Marine Corps Bulletin 5420, Membership Requirement for Selection Boards.<br> 3.
