MCBul 1020 Tattoo Policy Extension

This MARADMIN announces the extension of Marine Corps Bulletin (MCBul) 1020, which governs the Marine Corps Tattoo Policy, until 30 June 2018. The bulletin was originally released in June 2016 and has been extended multiple times. This extension applies to the entire Marine Corps Total Force.

1.  PURPOSE.  To announce the extension of Marine Corps Bulletin (MCBul) 1020.

2.  Background.  On 2 June 2016, MCBul 1020, the Marine Corps Tattoo Policy was released, with a cancellation date of 3 June, 2017.  MCBul 1020 was then extended to 2 June 2018.

3.  Effective immediately, MCBul 1020 is further extended until 30 June, 2018.  Note, this is not an extension of the baseline period. That period has expired.

4.  The MCBul policy will be incorporated in MCO P1020.34H when released.

5. This MARADMIN is applicable to the Marine Corps Total Force.
