FY19 Staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) Academy Faculty Advisor Selection Board Results

This MARADMIN announces the results of the FY19 Staff Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) Academy Faculty Advisor selection board. Eleven Marines (Staff Sergeants and Gunnery Sergeants) were selected for Faculty Advisor positions at various SNCO Academy locations including Camp Pendleton, Camp Lejeune, Camp Butler Okinawa, Kaneohe Bay, 29 Palms, and Quantico, with report dates ranging from October 2019 to July 2020.

1.  The purpose of this MARADMIN is to announce the results of the FY19 SNCO Academy Faculty Advisor selection board.<br>
2.  In accordance with references (a) and (b), the board selected Marines from submitted applications based on qualifications, individual preferences, and command recommendations.<br>

4.  PCS/PCA orders for the above listed Marines will be transmitted via separate correspondence.<br>
5.  In accordance with reference (b), Marines that require obligated service shall submit their requests via the Total Force Retention System.  Commands shall validate that the Marine remains qualified for the assigned duty 60 days prior to the execution of orders.  If the Marine is no longer qualified, a request for cancellation or deferment must be made via official correspondence.<br>
