Establishment of the Marine Corps Business Enterprise (MCBE) Office
This MARADMIN announces the establishment of the Marine Corps Business Enterprise (MCBE) Office as a division within the Installations and Logistics Department at HQMC. The MCBE Office will coordinate Marine Corps business process transformation initiatives across the entire Marine Corps to drive end-to-end business process improvements that increase effectiveness and efficiency, ultimately optimizing resource availability for warfighting investment.

1. THE PURPOSE OF THIS MESSAGE IS TO ANNOUNCE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE MARINE CORPS BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (MCBE) OFFICE (LR) AS A DIVISION WITHIN THE INSTALLATIONS AND LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT AT HQMC. 2. PER THE REF, MARINE CORPS BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION WILL BE EXPANDED ACROSS THE ENTIRE MARINE CORPS, ENCOMPASSING THE SUPPORTING ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATING FORCES, TO DRIVE END-TO-END BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS THAT INCREASE EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY AND OPTIMIZE RESOURCE AVAILABILITY FOR WARFIGHTING INVESTMENT. THE MCBE OFFICE, OPERATING UNDER THE OVERSIGHT OF THE DC, I&L, WILL COORDINATE MARINE CORPS BUSINESS PROCESS TRANSFORMATION INITIATIVES. THE MARINE REQUIREMENTS OVERSIGHT COUNCIL (MROC) WILL REVIEW INITIATIVES PER CMC GUIDANCE. 3. THE MISSION OF THE MCBE OFFICE IS TO IMPROVE MARINE CORPS BUSINESS PRACTICES AND PROCESSES IN SUPPORT OF THE WARFIGHTER. THE FUNCTIONS OF THE MCBE OFFICE ARE TO: A.
