Fiscal Year 2023 Official Representation Funds
This MARADMIN establishes the timeline and procedures for requesting Official Representation Funds (ORF) for fiscal year 2023. The Director, Marine Corps Staff (DMCS) will manage ORF for Headquarters Marine Corps and Major Subordinate Commands, with requests due via ETMS2 (TMT) no later than 15 July 2022. Failure to meet the deadline may result in no FY23 ORF allocation.

1. Purpose. This MARADMIN establishes timelines regarding requests for Official Representation Funds (ORF) for fiscal year 2023 (FY23).<br> 2. Background. Effective FY23, the Director, Marine Corps Staff (DMCS) will manage ORF for Headquarters Marine Corps and Major Subordinate Commands (MSCs).<br> 3. Execution. In accordance with enclosure (7) of the reference, requests for ORF are due to ASN (FM&C) no later than 31 July of the current fiscal year.<br> 3.a. In order to facilitate ORF requests to ASN (FM&C), DMCS will use ETMS2 (TMT) to task and receive requests for FY23 no later than 15 July 2022. Upon the receipt of requests for FY23, DMCS will consolidate the Service's request to ASN (FM&C).<br> 3.b. An ETMS2 (TMT) tasker will be delegated upon the release of this MARADMIN.<br> 3.c. Failure to respond by the deadline may result in no FY23 ORF being allocated.<br> 3.d. Upon notification of what FY23 ORF will be allocated to HQMC and MSCs, DMCS will coordinate, as necessary, to address any differences between requested and provided amounts.<br> 4.
