Fiscal Year 2022 Transition Conversion and Field Accession Board Results
This MARADMIN announces the results of the Fiscal Year 2022 Transition Conversion and Field Accession selection boards for Marine Naval Aviators. A total of 15 Marines were selected for Transition Conversion training across various programs (KC-130, MV-22, PFIP, RW to Strike, SNA, and UAS), and 8 Marines were selected for Field Accession training (SNA and UAS programs). All primary selectees must accept or decline their selection within 30 days of the message release date.

Applicants not selected by this board can anticipate the FY23 Transition Conversion board to be announced in March 2022 via MARADMIN. Non-select application packages from the FY22 Transition Conversion will not be valid for future Transition Conversion boards. Each board is based on the needs of the Marine Corps and is unique in selection numbers and criteria.<br> 5. All primary selects are required to accept or decline their selection via their respective monitor by email no later than 30 days from the release of this message. Declination letters are required to have general officer endorsement.<br> 6.
