FY18 Field Accession Board Announcement
The Deputy Commandant for Aviation announces that no FY18 Marine Aviation Field Accession Board (FAB) will be conducted due to concerns with aviation personnel and readiness. A decision on the FY19 FAB will be evaluated and announced via MARADMIN in the second quarter of FY18.

1. The Deputy Commandant for Aviation (DC Avn) will not conduct an FY18 Marine Aviation Field Accession Board (FAB). DC Avn is committed to the Marine Aviation FAB program but will not hold the FAB until concerns with aviation personnel and readiness are stabilized. Status of an FY19 FAB will be evaluated and determined in conjunction with Manpower and Reserve Affairs and announced via MARADMIN in the second quarter of FY18. 2.
