2024 Marine Corps Combat Art Program Symposium

The National Museum of the Marine Corps will host the 2024 Marine Corps Combat Art Program (MCCAP) Symposium from September 5-7, 2024, in Triangle, Virginia. The symposium is intended for active and former combat artists, combat artist candidates, communication strategists, unit historians, curators, and other interested personnel, with participation capped at 150 attendees. Attendees must RSVP by August 29, 2024, and funding is the responsibility of each attendee's parent command.

1. The National Museum of the Marine Corps will host 
the 2024 Marine Corps Combat Art Program (MCCAP) Symposium.
1.A.  The Symposium will include a series of informational briefs and 
guided discussions in order to review past, present, and future 
program initiatives, and enhance MCCAP capabilities. 
1.B.  The Symposium is intended for active Marine Corps combat 
Artists (FMOS: 4606), inactive/former combat artists, potential 
Combat Artist Candidates, Communication Strategists, Unit Historians, 
Curators, and interested personnel.  Participation is capped at 150 
Attendees. 
2.  The Symposium will be held from 5-7 september 2024 at the 
National Museum of the Marine Corps, 1775 Semper Fidelis Way 
Triangle, Va 22172. 
3.  Funding for Symposium participation is the responsibility of the 
ATTENDEE'S PARENT COMMAND. 
4.  Uniform for the Symposium is the prescribed uniform of the day 
For service members, and business casual for civilians. 
5.  Attendees must rsvp to the poc listed above via email no later
than 29 August 2024.  Attendees will receive a confirmation of receipt.
