This MARADMIN announces the results of the FY18 Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Officer PMOS 7315 selection board, identifying six Marines selected for re-designation as UAS officers. Selected candidates must accept or decline their re-designation within 30 days of the message release date, and acceptance results in permanent termination of flight status and associated aviation incentive pays.

All primary selects are required to accept or decline their re-designation via their current monitor by email no later than 30 days after the release of this message. Upon acceptance, aviators will have a letter placed in their OMPF stating that acceptance of the new PMOS signifies a permanent voluntary termination of flight status. Per references (b), (c), and (d), aviators will no longer be eligible for aviation career incentive pay (ACIP) or aviation continuation pay (ACP). ACIP and ACP will be terminated effective the date of re-designation. 3. Applicants not selected by this board can anticipate the FY19 UAS accession board to be announced in March 2018 via MARADMIN. Non-select application packages for the FY18 selection board will not be valid for future accession boards.
