FY16-02 Test Pilot School (TPS) Selection Board Results
This MARADMIN announces the results of the FY16-02 Test Pilot School (TPS) selection board that convened on June 28, 2016. Six Marine officers (four pilots and two rotary wing aviators) were selected for assignment to U.S. Naval Test Pilot School or Air Force Test Pilot School, with follow-on assignments to various test squadrons. Selected officers must contact their monitors within two weeks to accept their school assignment orders.

Officers selected should contact their monitor stating acceptance for school assignment orders within two weeks.<br> 4. The quantity and type, model, series (T/M/S) requirement for pilot, Naval Flight Officer and Unmanned Aircraft Systems selectees is based upon anticipated testing requirements for aircraft procurement programs up to two years in advance. Because testing requirements change, the quantity and T/M/S to be selected can and do change up to the date of the board. For this reason, all interested pilots and Naval Flight Officers were encouraged to submit packages. Officers who submitted packages but were not selected and desire to be considered on future boards are required to re-submit their application, including online applications, all required enclosures, and command endorsements.<br> 5.
