Change 2 to the Fiscal Year 2021 Selected Marine Corps Reserve Enlistment Bonus and Montgomery G.I. Bill-Selected Reserve Kicker
This MARADMIN announces the second change to the Fiscal Year 2021 Selected Marine Corps Reserve Enlistment Bonus program, adjusting bonus amounts for different time periods. The enlistment bonus is set at $6,000 from May 1 to August 18, 2021, and $3,000 for other periods within FY21, affecting only Reserve Component personnel.

1. Effective 15 June 2021, this MARADMIN provides an update to paragraph 1 of reference (a) for the FY21 Selected Marine Corps Reserve (SMCR) Enlistment Bonus (EB) program. All other provisions of reference (a) remain unchanged.<br>
a. The SMCR EB amount from 1 October 2020 to 30 April 2021 is 3,000 dollars.<br>
b. The SMCR EB amount from 1 May 2021 to 18 August 2021 is 6,000 dollars.<br>
c. The SMCR EB amount from 19 August 2021 to 15 September 2021 is 3,000 dollars.<br>
2. This MARADMIN is applicable only to the Reserve Component.<br>
3. This MARADMIN cancels on 30 September 2021.<br>
