FY2018 Marine Corps Command Language Program of the Year and Language Professional of the Year Award Winners
This MARADMIN announces Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1) as the FY18 Marine Corps Command Language Program of the Year and Sergeant Gregory Terpinyan (MCSB) as the FY18 Language Professional of the Year. Both winners will compete for DoD-level awards and will be recognized at a ceremony in Monterey, CA, on 26 August 2019.

I am pleased to announce Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1) as the Fiscal Year 2018 (FY18) Marine Corps Command Language Program of the Year, and Sergeant Gregory Terpinyan (PMOS 2641), Marine Cryptologic Support Battalion (MCSB), as the FY18 Marine Corps Language Professional of the Year. A panel of senior language professionals selected HMX-1 and Sgt Terpinyan from a group of highly competitive nominees from across the total force.<br> 2. HMX-1 and Sgt Terpinyan will compete for the FY18 DoD Command Language Program of the Year and Language Professional of the Year, respectively.<br> 3.
