1. THE 29TH ENLISTED RETENTION TASK FORCE (ERTF) CONFERENCE WAS HELD ON 30 AUG 04. THIS MARADMIN REVIEWS TOPICS DISCUSSED AND ANNOUNCES THE DATE FOR THE NEXT CONFERENCE. 2. TOPICS DISCUSSED: A. FY04 RETENTION UPDATE: AS OF 10 SEP 04, 100.4% OF THE FIRST TERM ALIGNMENT PLAN (FTAP) HAS BEEN EXECUTED OUT OF AN AGGREGATE REENLISTMENT GOAL OF 5,974. MOS MATCH IS AT 97.4%. 178 MOS' ARE CLOSED AND 27 MOS' REMAIN OPEN. 131.9% OF THE SUBSEQUENT TERM ALIGNMENT PLAN (STAP) HAS BEEN EXECUTED OUT OF THE FY04 GOAL OF 5,628. MOS MATCH IS 96.1%. B. FY04 CAREER RETENTION SPECIALIST (CRS) OF THE YEAR AWARD: PER REF A, THE CAREER RETENTION SPECIALIST OF THE YEAR BOARD WAS HELD ON 19 AUG 04. THERE WERE 6 NOMINATIONS RECEIVED FROM THE FLEET. THE CAREER RETENTION SPECIALIST OF THE YEAR IS GYSGT T.P. BOYLE, OF HQHQRON, MCAS, CAMP PENDLETON, CA. AND THE RUNNER UP IS SGT A. RAMOS, OF MWCS, MACG 18, 1ST MAW, OKINAWA, JA. C. CRS INFORMATION: 1. 60-DAY MESSAGE OF BY NAME ASSIGNMENTS FOR SDA BILLETS. CRS FORCE HAS ACCESS TO MOL; CONTAINED IN MOL IS A "REPORTS" SCREEN THAT IDENTIFIES MARINES INBOUND, OUTBOUND, AND PENDING ORDERS. CRS' MUST USE THIS REPORT FOR THEIR MCC IN ORDER TO TRACK SDA ORDERS AND ASSIGNMENTS "REAL TIME." SDA MCC CODES ARE: "J9F" RECRUITING SCHOOL; "J9E/G" DI SCHOOL; "R17" MSG SCHOOL. 2. THE SELECTIVE REENLISTMENT BONUS PROGRAM (SRBP) CUTOFF DATE IS 30 SEP 04 PER REF B. RELMS MUST BE SUBMITTED 23 SEP 04 IN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED BY CMC (MMEA) BY THE END OF THE MONTH. 3. CHANGES TO THE TIMELINE OF PSEP AND LATMOVE SUBMISSIONS HAS BEEN ADDRESSED. CMC (MMEA) HAS CONCLUDED THERE WILL BE NO CHANGES TO THE TIMELINE FOR SUBMISSIONS IN ORDER TO KEEP A FAIR AND BALANCED POLICY. PLEASE REFER TO REF C FOR CURRENT POLICY. 4. THE DISCREPENCIES REGARDING THE ONLINE PRECURSER, COMMANDING OFFICER ENLISTED CAREER INTERVIEWS GUIDEBOOK HAS BEEN ADDRESSED. THE ONLINE ISSUE IS CORRECTED. HARD COPIES ARE IN LINE WITH THE MCO P1040.31J AND ARE BEING PRINTED. HARD COPIES WILL BE DISTRIBUTED ONCE COMPLETE. D. FY05 INFORMATION UPDATE: A DETAILED FY05 CAMPAIGN PLAN OUTLINING THE PLAN OF ATTACK FOR THE NEW FY TO BE RELEASED SHORTLY. THIS CAMPAIGN PLAN WILL ALSO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION RELEASING THE FUTURE SRBP/MISSIONING MARADMIN EARLIER. MISSIONING AND BONUS INFORMATION FOR FY05 WILL BE RELEASED IN THE NEAR FUTURE IN A SEPARATE MARADMIN. QRP BOARDS WILL BEGIN ON 8 NOV 04, TO RETAIN THE BEST AND THE BRIGHTEST. PER REF D, THE FINAL SCHEDULE WAS PUBLISHED VIA MARADMIN 354/04. 3. THE NEXT ERTF CONFERENCE WILL BE 16 DEC 04 AT 1530. 4. A DETAILED AGENDA FOR THE 30TH ERTF CONFERENCE WILL BE FORWARDED TO CONFERENCE ATTENDEES BY SEPARATE CORRESPONDENCE. 5.
