This MARADMIN announces the results of the Fiscal Year 2024 Active Reserve Noncommissioned Officer Meritorious Promotion Board convened on 28 August 2024. Two Active Reserve Marines were selected for meritorious promotion: Corporal Joseph R. Villanueva (promoted to Sergeant) and Lance Corporal Joshua Arvelo Jr. (promoted to Corporal), both effective 2 September 2024.

1. A Meritorious Active Reserve Noncommissioned Officer board was convened on 28 August 2024 in accordance with the provisions of the reference. Authority is granted to meritoriously promote the below listed Marines to the grade of sergeant and corporal with an effective date of 2 September 2024: Corporal Joseph R. Villanueva.
