Coordinating Instructions 4.a. Upon receipt of orders, primary selectees have 20 days to gain 24 months of obligated service from estimated date of arrival or, submit for retirement in lieu of executing orders effective on the last day of the reporting month. 4.b. After publication of reference (d) additional vacant HVBs were identified during the assignment process. All appropriate nominees were considered. Results are listed above. 4.c. If a billet becomes vacant due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternate will be selected based on the needs of the Marine Corps. 5. Administration and Logistics. 5.a. Enlisted Career Force Control waivers should be submitted via appropriate Manpower Management Separation and Retirement request process. 5.b.
