HQMC Semper Fit Seeks Formal Response for Installations Hosting the 2022 Warrior Athlete Challenge from 1 October-5 November 2022

1.  HQMC Semper Fit (MFS) is seeking written confirmation from installation Semper Fit Directors of intent to host the 2022 Warrior Athlete Challenge.
2.  Installation responsibilities include:
a.  Provide a Letter of Instruction that includes a detailed competition outline consisting of a minimum of four competitions, scoring methodology, and the date(s) of the event.
b.  Provide within 14 days after the event an After-Action Report that includes promotional materials; list of sponsorship providers; scoring sheet with scores of each competition; participant roster highlighting the top three male and female winners; photos of the event; and individual winner photos including first name, last name, and rank.
3.  The timeline for competition is 1 October-15 November 2022
4.  Interested installations must provide a response of intent to host and Letter of Instruction directly to MFS no later than 22 August 2022 to lynda.rummel@usmc-mccs.org
5.  Installations may collaborate with other installations to conduct regional challenges if desired.  The hosting installation is responsible for all documentation.
6.  MFS will provide $1,000.00 to hosting installations via funding transfer to the Installation Semper Fit program.  All other funding requirements are the responsibility of the hosting installation.
