Change 1 to FY21 Manpower Management Officer Assignments (MMOA) Roadshow and Command Visit
This MARADMIN announces changes to the FY21 Manpower Management Officer Assignments (MMOA) Roadshow due to the public health crisis. All in-person interviews and key leader visits are canceled and replaced with virtual interviews and engagements to reduce institutional risk while still addressing individual and command concerns during the FY21 slating season.

1. This MARADMIN announces changes to the FY21 Manpower Management Officer Assignments (MMOA) Roadshow. In preparation for the FY21 slating season, MMOA will address individual and command concerns by conducting virtual roadshow interviews and virtual key leader engagements with specified locations. 2. Change to MARADMIN 410/20, Paragraph 3.c.2. In response to the public health crisis, MMOA will only conduct virtual interviews to reduce risk to the institution. 3. The dates below are updates to the MMOA Virtual Interview Schedule. (read in three columns). Scheduling. Each monitor's website hosts a scheduling link. During registration, Officers will elect a virtual interview via video or office phone call. Access instructions will be provided via confirmation email. Registration for interviews will close 48 hours prior to the installation's start date. Officers may be able to request an interview at any time available via the Monitor's website. Priority will be given to FY21 movers. 3.b. Change to MARADMIN 410/20, Paragraph 3.c.6. Key Leader Visit. Key Leader travel has been canceled for the FY21 Roadshow season. Key Leaders in Manpower Management Division will conduct virtual in-calls with MARFOR Commands, MEF Commands, MSCs, Marine Corps Recruit Depots, and major Marine Corps installations to communicate with command teams on Manpower concerns. At a minimum, the key leaders will include the MMOA Branch Head and the Aviation and Ground Colonels Monitors. Dates will be coordinated with site coordinators and the MMOA Center Desk via separate correspondence. 4. This bulletin is not applicable to the Marine Corps Reserve. 5.
