Marine Corps Counterintelligence Association (MCCIA) Superior Achievement Award
This MARADMIN opens the nominations process for the Marine Corps Counterintelligence Association Superior Achievement Award for Calendar Year 2003, recognizing outstanding individual achievements by Marine Corps CI/HUMINT officers and specialists (MOS 0210, 0204, 0211). Nominations must be submitted to the Director of Intelligence (ATTN: IOC) by March 31, 2004, and the award will be presented at the MCCIA annual meeting in August 2004.

1. THIS MARADMIN ANNOUNCES THE OPENING OF THE NOMINATIONS PROCESS FOR THE MCCIA SUPERIOR ACHIEVEMENT AWARD FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2003 (CY03). THIS AWARD IS PRESENTED ANNUALLY AND REPRESENTS A SUPERB OPPORTUNITY TO RECOGNIZE A MARINE CORPS (ACTIVE DUTY OR RESERVIST) COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) OFFICER, HUMAN RESOURCES INTELLIGENCE (HUMINT) OFFICER OR CI/HUMINT SPECIALIST (0210, 0204, 0211). THIS AWARD IS INTENDED TO RECOGNIZE OUTSTANDING INDIVIDUAL ACHIEVEMENTS AND NOT THOSE OF UNITS. 2. THE AWARD WILL BE BASED ON OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT DURING THE PREVIOUS CALENDAR YEAR IN THE CONDUCT OF CI INVESTIGATIONS, OPERATIONS, COLLECTIONS, ANALYSIS AND PRODUCTION OR OTHER CI ACTIVITIES IN SUPPORT OF MILITARY OPERATIONS. 3.
