CHANGE ONE TO STOP MOVEMENT OF PCS MOVES AFFECTED BY HURRICANE KATRINA, EXCEPTION FOR STUDENT PERSONNEL WITH ORDERS TO MCC KBB

This MARADMIN provides Change One to the previous stop movement order for PCS moves affected by Hurricane Katrina. It creates an exception to allow student personnel with orders to Marine Corps Combat Development Command (MCCDEC) at Quantico (MCC KBB) to proceed with their moves despite the general stop movement order.
